Nicholas Travers Tauss
Nicholas Travers Tauss With a background in Marketing and New Media, Niki has had a lifelong passion for yachts with over 30,000nm of navigational experience. Since joining the family business in 2005 he has since founded Esprit Yachting which represents the Azimut|Benetti Group, Nautor's Swan and Williams Jet Tenders and today the family maritime group company has grown into Tauss Holdings - a multidisciplinary outfit with subsidiaries offering fully-fledged technical yacht support , Yacht Management, Charter Management, Marina Development and Yacht Finance with an annual turnover nearing €20m in 2023 and our team has grown to over 50. In 2016 Niki spearheaded an international consortium that was successful in the awarding of a 284 berth marina concession in Malta. Niki has since held the position of Project Manager through the construction of the project and following went on to be the General/Marina Manager at Marina di Valletta which is now at capacity. In 2022 Niki spearheaded the group acquisition of Mediterranean Yacht Sales taking over the exclusive distributor in Malta for Beneteau Sailing Yachts, Lagoon Catamarans and North Sails. Niki is currently the CEO for Tauss Holdings and holds the position of Vice Chair of the Yachting Services Section at the Malta Chamber where he has been an active member of the committee for the past 9 years. Over the years, Niki has held various directorships and management roles on yacht ownership companies including the iconic 3 Masted Dynarig Perini Navi 88m – The Maltese Falcon
Alfred Manduca
Alfred has an extensive sailing background and has covered over 370,000 nautical miles over the past years. He easily bridges both motor and sailing yachts providing the highest level of service and market knowledge to our clients.

David Anastasi
David is the General Manager overseeing all aspects of the business, from assisting the sales team, to organising aftersales and service work. David has an extensive yachting background being the navigator of a local successful Rolex Middlesea Race winning sailboat, the Beneteau First 45 'ELUSIVE 2' amongst others. When he is not racing performance boats, he is racing classic boats or cruising on his own classic Swan.
